Please Note: The Facebook account that you log in with during the sign up process will be the only account that is authorized to install applications, so please use the same user account that has administration rights for the Facebook page in which you want the apps installed.
If you cancel a plan within 14 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges incurred up until your cancellation.
Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 14 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months.
Is my data secure?We host all of your images and text in a highly managed secure environment. Are we immune to all threats? Hardly. We do our best to keep all data secure.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?Nope. North Social is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part.
Every North Social plan includes one (1) installation of each of the North Social apps per Facebook user ID. If you want to install multiple apps on multiple pages then you will need to sign up for more than one plan.
Can you design and install apps for me?Yes. We have a team of talented graphic designers, promotion developers, and marketing mavens who you can tap for additional help. Please see the support services page for more information.
What types of payment do you accept?Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard only. We do not accept PayPal or American Express. At this time we only accept payments online and do not invoice for services.

Will I be forced to updgrade?If your fan count exceeds the limits for your plan, we'll send you an email letting you know that your page is doing great and that it's time to move on to the next tier of service. You should not experience any interruption in service unless you choose to terminate your account.
